To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境:裝修靚,坐得舒服,餐廳採光度高,空間感唔錯,有陽光曬入黎嘅時候特別舒服。食物:餐廳主打fusion菜,好多菜式都好特別,本次試咗青咖哩青口,咖喱咪濃,青口都新鮮,不過就可以大隻d。之後係沙嗲醬薄餅,薄餅鬆軟,醬汁亦都香濃。跟住係黑椒烤雞扒意粉,雞扒香脆大件,不過稍微乾咗d。意粉出奇地炒得有鑊氣。最後叫咗個梳乎厘,超大個,食埋鬆軟,有蛋味,都出色。
