早排試咗位於希雲街街尾嘅旭,佢地有有鐵板燒同omakase,而當日就試左omakase set!當日既前菜有海膽豆腐、白螺同麵豉醬青瓜,都係唔錯既餐前開胃菜!刺身方面都有成5款咁多,打頭炮嘅係深海池魚薄切,淡身既白身魚加酸汁一齊食,夠晒開胃!梭子魚燒香咗魚皮,油脂滲出,白身魚黎講咁食可以增加風味!北海道毛蟹配馬糞海膽,毛蟹鮮甜多汁,配埋新鮮嘅馬糞海膽,簡直係珍貴到不得了😎北寄貝同象拔蚌,爽口嘅貝殼類,配上少量嘅青檸一齊食,更突出佢嘅鮮甜!太刀魚為中間嘅一款熟食,燒左都keep 得住juicy, 都好唔錯!野生藍鯨拖羅作為刺身嘅尾聲真係不得了,同一般養殖嘅唔同,唔會剩係得入口即溶,反而魚味更濃,呢個好好食!北海道白粟米真心勁甜,係刺身與刺身中間都叫做幾好既間場!壽司方面,平目魚淡淡嘅魚香加埋醬汁一齊食都幾正!池魚既味道相對平目魚較濃魚味,肉質比較肥美,好味!但講到我最鐘意就非Bb鱈魚莫屬,油脂甘香但油份唔會過盛,入口即溶得黎又滑,好正!九州赤鯥都肉甜又爽脆, 又係另一種享受!北海道響螺鮮甜爽口,唔洗加好多調味都已經好好了!吞拿魚醬油漬唔會過咸而唔會漬到影響左肉質,處理得唔錯!呢個大拖羅加

最後仲有蜆湯、抹茶奶凍同水果,整體來講其實都幾滿足!
