半打歐洲生𧐢面淋以鮮茄油醋汁,𧐢隻個別比較瘦弱,好像餓了幾天似的,若然夠肥美,添上少許檸檬汁已足夠矣,不過現在添味增香也不賴.

主菜Main Course-

10oz肉眼扒伴以焗蒜頭和Old Bay洋蔥圈,西洋菜及牛扒汁,牛扒煎烤技巧不容置疑,Flint一向水準穩定,炸洋蔥圈以Old Bay Seasonings調味,加入啤酒batter講求light和效果要crispy,論質感炸漿比夠厚不失個性,可能店方要的效果就是這樣.
