To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我又去九龍城食泰國嘢啦, 今次我同ㄧ位朋友去食, 她勁鐘意食魚，我就推薦必嚐推介泰式燒盲鰽啦！一見到條魚已經流曬口水, 外皮用鹽燒，燒到脆卜卜，可以輕鬆成片揭起，見到佢咁完美咁同魚肉分離，真係好療癒呀！白嫩嘅魚肉非常濕潤，而且鮮味十足，每一啖都係滿滿嘅幸福感！魚肚塞滿泰式香料，令成條魚都充滿東南亞風味。想再惹味啲嘅話，仲可以點埋酸辣汁，超醒胃！雖然條魚好大，但我哋兩個人食到停唔到，趁熱食，好快就食到得排骨啦！推介還有燒脆皮白鱔,都是燒到外脆內軟, 熱辣辣非常香口肉質又相當彈牙, 大家都不妨一試。另外點了酸辣牛小扒沙律和冬陰雞湯做前菜非常惹味又開胃。還最緊要服務員非常有禮親善, 真是食得開心。
