15-1-2016 (Fri)同事請去鯉魚門食晚飯,一行九人,佢o地o黎呢間,然後o係出面揀海鮮,有:1. 清蒸蝴蝶蚌第一次見蝴蝶蚌,外型好靚,唔蘸任何o野食,好鮮甜.蘸o左醋就唔好食.2. 上湯龍蝦伊麵同樣係鮮甜,伊麵唔多亦唔係好腍,鹹度適中.3. 清蒸鮑魚蒸到o岩o岩好,鮑魚o既軟硬度適中.4. 象拔蚌刺身同事同酒樓溝通上出錯,佢o地係要原隻象拔蚌,但酒樓俾o左雪到凍一凍o既例牌,不過都好鮮,蘸wasabi豉油同食,唔錯.5. 薑汁芥蘭唔知點解俾o左蒜蓉芥蘭,芥蘭夠腍同唔苦,蒜蓉味唔算多,唔會太俗.6. 清蒸海斑亦都蒸得o岩o岩好,唔會好o鞋.7. 豆腐魚湯淡奶白色,飲得出兩樣才料,而且冇落味精,飲得好舒服.8. 蒜蓉粉絲蒜扇貝香蔥多,金蒜唔算多,加上冇淋豉油,呢個勁唔夠味,因而一般o左,失望.9. 白灼墨魚呢個唔蘸o野食唔得,因為冇乜味.蝦醬太鹹,都係蘸wasabi豉油食吧.10. 豉椒炒蜆呢個唔係咁莣味又冇乜鑊氣,而且最後都食淨.11. 椒鹽瀨屎蝦已經一開三, 椒鹽夠味又唔過鹹,熱騰騰,真係手指都啜埋.12. 豉油皇炒麵一個平平無奇o既炒麵,一食,竟然係唔停得口,鹹度適中.13

最後係店方送o既生果,芒果同木瓜各半個,木瓜上放有檸檬, 攪乜?店員話唧檸檬汁落木瓜o度好食啲.哦?!
都先食芒果,芒果一定唔夠甜,但又唔係好酸.而木瓜,先唔唧檸檬汁食,木瓜唔甜.唧o左後食,唔單止唔酸,重要係佢令味道豐富o左,清新o左,效果神奇.
14. 桂花糕 貫徹清甜到底,但連桂花味都食唔到.
而我o地坐低等o既時候,佢o地俾o左小食我o地,有花生,蕎頭同鹵水雞腳.
鹵水雞腳好腍好入味,我o地食完一碟後,要多一碟,我都試隻,呢碟係熱,但冇咁腍同唔夠入味,都係之前凍o個碟好食.
味道唔計生果但計埋鹵水雞腳, 鹵水雞腳亦分兩碟計,分數係3.69分.
環境:
平實,唔係翻新豪裝o個隻,舒適就得,不過呢晚有啲凍,佢o地打開大門就有啲凍.
價錢:
同樣唔知呢餐幾錢,分數係2.5分.
