處女青蟹膏柔軟甘香,整體咸得嚟又唔會over, 粗鹽帶出奄仔蟹的鮮味,唔加醏都已經好好食. 據說端午後中秋前吃最爲肥美.

#豉汁蟶子煎米粉
煎米粉超好味,脆脆地索曬惹味鼓汁,蟶子爽口肥美.

#清蒸海斑
火候剛好非常滑又鮮嫰唔腥,小朋友食左半條!

#蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝
蒜蓉粉絲撈飯一流,扇貝大隻,美足不足有少少痴殼可能蒸耐左d. 但都好味. 不過同其他比的確失色左少少.

另外每人送左碗海鮮魚湯,味道極鮮美香濃,估唔到冇收我哋小朋友茶戒都有湯飲. 最後食饱飽送左個精美果盤出手大方,芒果好鮮甜木爪亦不錯. 四大一小埋單二千七,相當高質CP 超高.

於是入鯉魚門揾食!

由於係揸車入去,見到停車場做緊優惠,
食某幾間酒樓可以免一小時租,
決定揾一揾果幾間酒樓睇睇,
最後家人揀左呢間金龍!


揀海鮮果個檔口唔算好大,
有2條大魚坐陣,非常生猛!

店主表演餵蝦仔俾佢地食嘅時候,
大魚一瞬間就呑左蝦仔,仲激起好大水花!


今次同家人共三個人,海鮮方面一共食左:

蟶子 - 第一道菜,非常鮮甜爽口,多肉

貴妃蚌 - 三隻蚌肉有大有細,睇運氣,
蒜蓉粉絲底好夠味,蚌肉亦係比較爽口

鮑魚 - 非常大隻(應該有手心大,唔計手指),
好厚肉!廚師煮得好好,非常軟嫩、一啲都唔難咬!

琵琶蝦 - 聽講店家特別準備左呢個品種,所以會咁大隻多肉!再一次,非常鮮甜多肉!
仲有膏,相當肥美!

我地仲要左一碟菜,而店家亦送左魚湯同生果,
成餐都非常滿足!


雖然最初8點幾到埗時覺得呢間要行咁入,
食客唔多,海鮮檔又唔大,都無乜期望,

但今晚嘅海鮮都真係非常鮮甜,
真係非常有驚喜,
忍唔住要寫返個食評等多啲人知!

我印象中幾乎無試過連食幾種海鮮都咁鮮甜,
下次想食海鮮嘅時候仲會再返黎!

8種海鮮,9碟上,只是說12人用,海鮮檔幫忙預份量也很適當,份量相當足夠,吃到個個滿足又飽得很,又沒有浪費。覺得這個價錢似乎也是算合理的。

今日呢同一班朋友嚟到鯉魚門食海鮮,因為依度啲海鮮呢就係比較新鮮啦,種類多,以價錢又不算太貴,先介紹一個上湯伊面龍蝦,龍蝦有焦香嘅感覺,同埋肉真係好鮮嫩,蝦肉又彈牙嘅的感覺,加上伊面吸收左上湯同龍蝦嘅精華簡直回味無窮,仲有我最愛嘅鹽焗奄仔蟹,雖然做法好簡單但係呢啲蟹充滿咗海鹽的香味,加上佢原隻證保持佢嘅肉汁喺晒蟹內𥚃簡直令你一試難忘。

今日去鯉魚門逛逛,行到有啲攰,隨便揀咗一間酒家食海鮮,佢地介紹咗我哋去一海鮮店買海產,我哋揀咗鮑魚、貴妃蚌同澳洲龍蝦,店主免費送我哋花甲,滿心期待享受豐富海鮮餐。酒家侍應服務尚算熱誠有禮,但廚房手工就真係好一般,花甲醬汁調得惹味但煮得太老,d肉掉哂出嚟,花甲雖然免費,但應該收咗加工費🙄,下單時明明話鮑魚用果皮蒸煮,最後變咗薑蔥豉油蒸,fine 我哋都冇乜所謂,但調味好一般,而龍蝦就煮得太熟,令龍蝦肉變得有啲老,蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌就不過不失,反而免費送嘅鮮魚湯最好飲,值得一讚。海鮮連加工茶介費,每位五百幾蚊,咁嘅價錢咁嘅質素就真係有啲貴😓

最後呢個果盤真係勁呀! 以往去中式酒樓我一定唔會食個果盤因為個D生果一定係勁乾啦又勁酸! 呢個果盤真係令我大開眼界呀... 有芒果已經係好新奇, 仲要係1月咁凍有一D咁甜咁香既芒果仲要界埋花就更加難得. 老闆真係唔古寒呀, 俾左5個芒果我地. 果盤仲有木瓜,火龍果, 石榴. 橙... 可能我見識小除左橙我未見過果盤會出現呢D水果嫁!

鹵水雞腳好腍好入味,我o地食完一碟後,要多一碟,我都試隻,呢碟係熱,但冇咁腍同唔夠入味,都係之前凍o個碟好食.

味道唔計生果但計埋鹵水雞腳, 鹵水雞腳亦分兩碟計,分數係3.69分.

環境:
平實,唔係翻新豪裝o個隻,舒適就得,不過呢晚有啲凍,佢o地打開大門就有啲凍.

價錢:
同樣唔知呢餐幾錢,分數係2.5分.

一隻隻剛還在水中的蝦,轉眼間已端在碟上作刺身。新鮮,但殘忍呢……蝦在吃的過程中也不乏彈來彈去,掙扎逃脫的鏡頭;只能當作他們的反射神經吧。蝦的尺寸很大,而且鮮甜。

龍蝦過後,用蝦刺身清清喉,就到了壓軸的蟹。
厴,坊間稱為「奄」,意思為蟹腹上的薄殼。蟹不會太大隻,有名你叫「仔」。厴仔蟹又名處女蟹,是未成年的雌蟹,交配後才會成為膏蟹。
一隻隻光亮蟹殼,開邊內的黃色蟹膏,再有撲鼻的油鹽香氣。就算燙手,一拎起也不甘放下:肉夠鮮,身夠乾。最正斗的是撞正重皮蟹;重皮意指蟹換殼期間外有一層硬殼,而內裏正生長出一層軟殼準備替換。吃起上來,第一層具軟殼蟹般的口感,第二層蟹膏滑溜,第三層清新蟹肉,具多重滋味。

吃罷大魚大肉,另一令人口水長流的環節隨之出現-芒果木瓜。芒果格切,木瓜挖核半個,令人倍添滿足,要注意木瓜芒果也濕毒,要多加注意此餐的副作用。配上桂花糕,可是果甜大過天,桂花不言香。

海鮮不時不鮮不食,鯉魚門一門幾十傑,間間也有不少熟客群,想吃海鮮的記緊mark實一兩間,避免收到如政府手機上網費廣告中的震撼帳單。要吃鯉魚,不一定要到鯉魚門,但吃海鮮,鯉魚門值得推介。食物不在話下,交通比流浮山、西貢方便。

爸爸車我哋同埋叔叔一齊去鯉魚門食海鮮同大閘蟹, 本身怕皮膚敏感嘅我一於少理, 作戰!龍蝦伊麵好大隻, 芝士太濃有點兒喧賓奪主, 炸生蠔夠juicy, 蒸扇貝就唔夠味喇, 大閘蟹好好食, 我對大閘蟹唔多大興趣但係今次一食食咗6隻!!! 爸爸重教我分男女, 神色紅啲就係女仔, 肉實膏多味濃, 我覺得適合男士多啲; 而男仔蟹就淺色, 林啲啲膏黃色希啲, 似粥狀, 鮮甜帶海水味, 有少少美國生蠔嘅感覺。不過我覺得最好食係椒鹽賴尿蝦, 外面香口裡面啖啖肉, 真係唸起流口水!好耐無同屋企人一齊食飯了, 有啲感概, 日忙夜忙為個家, 但偏偏做做做做到唔得閑理個家, 諷刺。
