To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 💬每次由上環去普慶坊都要行好多樓梯，環境係幾chill，餐廳比較細，坐出邊打卡係幾好，黑松露嘅嘢食冇想像之中咁有驚喜，反而係食個環境同埋比較簡單嘅Cafe嘢食，嘢食portion真係cafe size，唔會話有好多款嘅選擇，就算lunch time都係散叫，之前同同事食lunch過嚟呢邊，好似可以逃離下鬧市嘅繁囂，如果可以喺附近行吓都幾舒服
