Restaurant: Choi Fook Royal Banquet (Auto Plaza)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近facebook除咗比櫻花放閃照洗版,另一奇境竟然係龍蝦照,睇清打卡位置原來係彩褔做緊加拿大龍蝦節。每斤$78平均每隻有一斤二両即係唔駛$90,平過去剧扒尖東呢間宴會廳比較大,座位寬闊,而且樓面有位同事招呼得好好,好有禮貌,換碟加水,幫我哋po埋餐巾,意為自己去左四季定半島應該要比個他講反今晚主角上湯焗龍蝦,加$30加個伊麵底,唔知加拿大龍蝦同波士頓係咪唔同,因為肉質彈牙外,肉嘅份量都比起後者多,而且相當新鮮$87.8真係cp值高另外有蒜蓉開邊蒸,好後悔無加粉絲底,因為龍蝦鮮甜嘅肉汁都流在汁中,相信加個蛋更無得輸脆皮旺金南乳雞$58半隻,整體就似炸子雞,外皮薄脆如紙,內裹肉質鮮嫩,配上秘製南乳醬另一番風味櫻花蝦上湯浸莧菜,反而略有失望,因為菜中夾雜有竹籬嘅竹絲清蒸沙巴龍蠆斑$148,唔算大條,3-4人剛好,蒸嘅時間都掌握得好好,絕對無出現過老嘅情況。題外話原來酒樓今晚阿拉斯加蟹做特價$9.8/両,差唔多每枱都有叫,另一後悔就係我哋做左少數那一邊唯有望住人食
