同阿爸阿媽喺尖咀行完街,決定喺附近搵個地方食晚飯,難得佢地出黎,費時又返番屋企果頭食啦!阿媽話想食小菜,我上網search search之後揀左呢間。打開餐牌,選擇都幾多,價錢亦算經濟實惠,叫多幾樣都唔肉赤,最後每人揀左兩款,好期待!先黎兩個小食,口水花蛤同太爺豬手。就咁睇賣相已經感覺到啲花蛤有幾新鮮,其實食材咁靚原味應該都已經唔錯,師父再花左啲心思去煮成辣味,更加突出果份鮮甜,讚!而個太爺豬手爽口入味,唔會太鹹,膠質好重,阿媽狂食話要補骨膠原。小菜揀左4個,唔好以為呢個青芥末牛仔粒咁潮既菜係我叫架,其實係老豆點架,佢知我鍾意食牛,但平時成日都係食中式牛柳,所以就話不如搞搞新意思喎,即刻變得好日式。牛仔粒好鬆化好腍,青芥末有少少攻鼻,所以食得好過癮。阿媽見到有鮮淮山浸時蔬就雙眼發光話一定要點,勁讚淮山有益,又清潤又健脾胃又補氣一大堆好處,叫我要食多啲。平時淮山通常都係出現喺阿媽煲既湯入面,原來食落都幾爽口鮮味,加埋其他蔬菜,即刻覺得腸胃都清左。而個涼瓜菜甫煎蛋又係阿媽揀既,又係睇中 涼瓜 清熱,又係咁叫我食多啲。講真我對 涼瓜真係有啲抗拒,果種甘味就好似榴槤咁,鍾意既就好鍾意,唔鍾意既
