To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小弟揀咗個滑蛋豬扒飯,想返起,依個飯係讀書時代至愛嘅碟頭飯之一,最正係啲滑蛋,滑溜溜撈飯一流。落咗單,好快上枱,嘩!人都癲呀,勁多飯,多到我估有一般屋企飯碗嘅三碗份量,但豬扒就得兩舊,心諗好搵笨囉

,雖然唔係舊舊都成大塊咁,但夾埋都唔少呢!人哋就撥開雲霧見青天,我就撥開米飯見豬扒
,飯又多,扒又多,稱得上抵食夾多件。而質素方面,豬扒都軟腍,煎得香口,只係肉味稍遜,好彩啲滑蛋做得幾滑身,最緊要無過杰
,否則變咗膠水獻就死晒火,最怕啲獻煮到好似食漿糊鼻涕咁。

鴨胸肉羅宋湯意粉 $32
一大個湯碗盛上,睇落好似唔係好多,絕對好嘢沉歸底。之前已經試過佢啲羅宋湯,做得確有一手,所以對依碗羅宋湯意粉都有一定信心。今趟再試,仍然有水準呀,依然做到濃郁非常,酸辣、肉香均徐徐從湯中滲出
。意粉亦都煮得啱啱好,咬落仲帶有少少韌勁,所以,都唔可以攤得太耐。至於啲煙鴨胸肉,不過不失,有微微煙燻味,肉質煙煙韌咁啦。

糖水
既然餐飲以外,可以揀糖水,同老婆兩個都想食碗糖水作結。我就要椰汁西米露,佢就要椰汁紫米露,前者好重椰奶味,又勁多西米,唔會撈嚟撈去都水汪汪
;而後者紫米已經煮得好軟糯,只可惜太杰身啫,杰到有啲似食糊咁

兩個餐嘅份量都比預期大,食得我好飽,仲要咁夜先食到咁飽,所以,一於夜啲先瞓,乘機打吓食評,唔使搞到太飽而瞓得唔舒服。如果佢唔係個紫米露麻麻哋,而煙鴨胸又普普通通,我可能會俾個笑面佢!今次都係OK住先,希望佢哋繼續做好啲啦!
