To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

竟然冇乜人食，要支持下小店啊！有各種抹茶甜品、蛋糕，最低消費一人一個甜品。*特製抹茶百匯 $85好澎湃！各色各樣抹茶甜品，蕨餅抹茶粉滿滿，煙煙韌韌好Q彈。抹茶啫喱動L動L，但寒天偏向無味。白玉煙韌，似湯圓嘅口感。兩球抹茶雪糕嘅抹茶味香濃，配十勝紅豆好夾。每一樣都唔會過甜，一個人KO一份都唔誇張。北海道原味梳乎厘 (自選雪糕) $62大大個梳乎厘，熱辣辣，唔會塌得好快。有蛋香又冇蛋腥，濕潤又鬆軟，配雲尼拿雪糕，一凍一熱非常配。
