To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和平飯店可以話係我同fd子飯聚嘅飯堂,貪佢方便就腳,價錢唔會太貴,味道亦唔錯。我地一行四個人,於是我地今次點左四人餐。依個餐份量十足,可以揀三種前菜、一款海鮮、兩份熱菜,另外仲有每人一碗湯、野飲,同埋一份甜點。前菜方面,我地揀左醉雞、鎮江肴肉,同埋雞絲粉皮。醉雞酒味濃烈,雞肉嫩滑,放起面頭嗰啲食落非常香。但係下面浸喺酒入面嗰啲雞就酒味略嫌太濃,有啲苦澀,沖一沖水再食會好啲。鎮江肴肉不過不失,食落個口感好似硬身嘅啫喱咁,味道偏淡。至於雞絲粉皮,其只要花生醬夠香就會好食㗎啦,所以都唔錯㗎。海鮮我地要炒蝦球,蝦球新鮮彈口,抵讚嘅係有挑腸!至於湯呢,餐係指定跟蟲草花煲豬𦟌,每人一盅,非常足料!熱食方面,我地點左糖醋魚塊同埋花膠紅燒肉。除左花膠有啲腥之外,其他都唔錯。尤其係紅燒肉唔羶,值得加分。後黎我地另外點左個松子黃花魚。其實係因為我地習慣去邊度食上海菜都會點依味餸。我地落完個四人餐先醒起,如果唔係我地可能唔會揀糖醋魚塊🙈黃花魚炸得脆,但係切落去有啲硬。糖醋汁甜酸適中,唔會蓋過黃花魚嘅味道。不過,雖然黃花魚唔腥,但係就無乜黃花魚嘅香味,只可以話係不過不失。甜品方面,餐係跟香蕉豆沙高力。高力新鮮

後黎我地另外點左個松子黃花魚。其實係因為我地習慣去邊度食上海菜都會點依味餸。我地落完個四人餐先醒起,如果唔係我地可能唔會揀糖醋魚塊🙈

黃花魚炸得脆,但係切落去有啲硬。糖醋汁甜酸適中,唔會蓋過黃花魚嘅味道。不過,雖然黃花魚唔腥,但係就無乜黃花魚嘅香味,只可以話係不過不失。

甜品方面,餐係跟香蕉豆沙高力。高力新鮮炸起熱辣辣,香蕉豆沙餡唔會太甜,不過都有啲膩,飲番杯茶就啱啱好。
