銅鑼灣嘅樓上日本餐廳,又幾有日式居酒屋感覺。首先,當然要叫啲酒飲下啦。一杯係巨峰乳酸,味道都幾濃又唔算好甜。另一杯係桃味梅酒,味道梅酒味較重,飲落細味又飲到桃味。日式雜菜沙律,好新鮮嘅菜,有清新感覺又好甜。睇見呢隻日本蠔就好想食,長身又好光亮,又清洗得好乾淨,食落仲好凍,好鮮甜/清新感覺。燒河豚乾,唔會燒到太乾身,熱熱地又軟軟地,唔駛點沙律醬味道都夠。深海池魚薄切,呢次食覺得魚質比較有咬口,好有魚香味。燒油金魚鮫,燒得好乾身,啱啱好,唔怕油,但魚質仲保到啲水份,唔好睇少都幾多肉食。壽司盛合(六貫),分別有大拖羅、 立阱魚、深海池魚、蟹棒、帆立貝、海膽卷。壽司新鮮可口。炒銀芽韭菜豚肉,呢個清清地炒,又幾好。上面又加啲黑胡椒,清得黎又野味。
