To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天全家到機場,趕坐早機去台灣。但朋友表示,<惡曬航空>來回香港台北的飛機餐大縮水。縮皮到只係得一個包,一塊曲奇和一盒紙包檸檬茶。所以在上機前,一定要食飽飽。7點多來到餐廳,大部份座位已經有客人佔用,要往裡面走,才找到一張四人枱。點了A 餐& B餐。等了一段時間,食物才呈上。小餐包配牛油變為乾爭爭凍冰冰的牛角包。  蛋呢!就變為<炒蛋溝煎蛋>的混合體。其中一隻蛋看似有蛋油,可是蛋黃大部份都是凝固了!流不出蛋油呢! 印象中的翠華A餐太陽蛋,係會勁必蛋油嫁!!!!沙嗲肥牛肉即食麵是豆丁之父心頭好。 牛肉片變了肥牛片,配味道較濃的沙嗲,是絶配。而豆丁喜歡通粉,自己就跟豆丁分享這碗腿通。這店的通粉比較煙韌/有咬口,需要多咀嚼几下,應該是烚通粉的時間太短。也許是太多客人光顧,廚房趕著起菜吧!  終於等到餐飲來到!一架手推車放著十多杯飲品,方便又安全。看到職員由餐飲手推車到呈上的熱奶茶的過程,真係打左個突。職員是單手4隻手指直接抓著/鉗著杯口,把杯子放在碟子上。即是職員手指上的XX,已直接轉移到杯口上。二杯熱奶茶都係以4隻手指抓著/鉗的方式呀! 即是二杯奶茶的杯口都有XX。因為這杯熱奶茶,衛生比低

即是職員手指上的XX,已直接轉移到杯口上。

二杯熱奶茶都係以4隻手指抓著/鉗的方式呀! 

即是二杯奶茶的杯口都有XX。

因為這杯熱奶茶,衛生比低分。
