To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 情人節當日,下午同女朋友歎個靚茶啦 由於我地買左戲飛係銅鑼灣時代廣場睇戲,咁我地就決定係時代廣場搵間酒樓歎茶了 去到時代廣場10樓,發現有間名叫百樂潮州酒樓,望入面環境清靜,地方高貴, 於是我同女朋友就入去試下啦。 場景美麗,華麗既燈飾。1。春風得意腸:我同女朋友都不約而同地諗,係咩來架 我女朋友諗諗下,佢話應該係炸兩腸。 點知真係炸兩腸來架,女朋友巧叻啊 。講返春風得意腸,炸兩炸得好脆,又香口,腸粉仲超滑添。 2。百樂蝦餃皇:蝦超大隻囉又彈牙 又新鮮,皮又薄,這個超正 3。糖醋伊麵:感覺好特別 伊麵點d糖,點d醋來食,伊麵硬左d,算ok啦 4。潮式糯米卷:熱烘烘的,軟綿綿,糯米花人好美味。 5。X O醬蒸鳳爪:好重X O醬味 鳳爪好淋又趙口 ,用X O醬調味非常好 ,有少少辣。6。蜜汁叉燒包:包巧鬆軟,好有口感,加入美味既叉燒,正爆。 7。上湯牛肉球:上湯好清甜,牛肉球好淋,牛肉配上清湯,別有一番風咪。 8。蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣皇:有蟹籽,半肥瘦豬肉,肉質彈牙,好有口感。 9。豉汁蒸排骨:排骨美味鮮甜,多肉又淋,唔會話好大舊骨無肉囉,唔錯唔錯
