To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末晚出席了一場飲宴,吃了一頓傳統中式圍菜。酒家樓高三層,地方都算光猛整潔。整體上菜式新意度就無乜,調味普遍略鹹,但仍屬可接受範圍。比較好的菜式有碧綠花姿珊瑚及蠔皇玉環柱脯。前者花姿腍身,珊瑚蚌及西蘭花爽口。後者節瓜玉環嫩口清甜,柱脯亦見鹹香可口。有待改善的菜式有黃金百花球及紅燒四寶燴生翅。前者炸得過火,口感過實。後者翅量少,湯底過稠。人均消費約三百元左右,性價比OK喇!
