一坐低,侍應就推介我哋嗌個花膠響螺湯底。話佢哋係用燉湯,個湯同平時飲嘅老火湯係一樣。 個湯真係勁足料,響螺花膠,龍眼肉,又有雞腳,淨係食湯渣都可以飽。 我哋兩個女仔食得唔多,飲完個湯之後就嗌咗牛頸脊,手打墨魚滑,大花甲,蟶子王,油麥菜,即炸響鈴。因為我哋都唔鍾意食肥牛,而牛頸脊唔係好肥嘅部位,好啱我哋心水。 呢度嘅牛頸脊切得厚度啱啱好,唔會韌之餘,又有肉嘅口感。同埋我試過唔小心淥左塊牛肉好耐,都唔會好硬好老咁。 手打墨魚滑,淥熟咗之後,仲會咬到有少少墨魚粒,好有鮮味,調味唔會好鹹,啱啱好。大花甲,淨係見到個外殼都已經覺得好大粒,淥熟咗之後,隻花甲會開殼,咁就可以即刻食。裏面仲有少少海水嘅鹹味道,唔使點豉油已經好鮮。 同埋隻蜆肉都好大粒粒,隻隻都大粒! 蟶子皇因為我朋友唔食,所以淨係叫咗一隻, 店員話淥12秒就食得, 熟咗之後隻蟶子會離殼。我呢個就好線條,好好食,裙邊嗰啲位置爽口,肉身嗰度好鮮甜好食。當然仲有炸響鈴,打邊爐必備,店員話淥1秒就食得,佢哋個響鈴係即刻炸。1秒之後,響鈴嗰種油炸香,連埋個湯底浸淋咗少少,仲食到脆嘅感覺,好正。 最後打邊爐唔食唔得嘅,就梗係竹蔗茅根,店員話佢哋自
