To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日慶祝所以嗌多啲嘢食，不過點知啲嘢食唔正常！重點係比$138嗌嘅燒鵝相片質素非常之差，燒鵝有一半都係冇肉嘅位置跟住pat pat位叉燒嘅質素都麻麻地，薄切好受唔靚嘅位金錢肚同百花魚肚我OK！有三粒蝦滑丸好好味好粥了炸蠔小食質素非常差，炸粉超大，肉只係得大概¼千祈千祈唔好嗌！大伏皮蛋酸薑嘅皮蛋留心好好味，酸薑份量亦都多雞翼抵食有好多隻！甜甜地好味😋好似係六隻乳暈底下有少少透明嘅類似陳村粉幾得意，不過整體多油咗啲鮑魚雜菇餃好大粒！原來中間嘅雜果仲有少少蝦肉，非常足料灌湯餃$38一份，除咗匙羹上面有少少花膠碎同埋鮑魚仔，其他都係極差，灌湯餃入面只有一d雜肉同預期差好遠，搵到少少蝦肉粒嘅蝦餃大大粒好味！平日嘅晏晝嚟飲舒服好多，有多位，服務都好啲不過正常嘅今次嘅感覺係有幾樣嘢都非常之偷工減料，懷疑係俾師傅偷食，特別係燒味
