To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有親戚嚟咗，所以又要被迫飲茶😂😂呢個星期飲茶飲到傻咗都係食返差唔多嘅嘢，蝦腸靚仔，但係瞓晒完全淨係食得好細粒最側邊嘅完全唔夠喉😅😅再由影相佢哋勁鍾意食呢個其實呢個都唔係好趣，但係佢哋可能鍾意啲沙律醬？呢句嘢入面好似都係沙律醬，然後再點外面嘅沙律醬變咗好Rich。我自己就完全冇興趣睇落冷冰冰鹹菜豬肚好大碗食極都有今日個燒賣賣相幾好，但係覺得入面都幾多肥豬肉下晝細細粒反而幾鍾意呢個平時完全冇機會嗌嘅臘腸蒸雞飯因為阿爸阿媽只係鍾意食鳳爪排骨，俾我就寧願要依個有一件件新鮮雞嘅飯隻雞幾有口感唔會梳打味最後仲有個金錢肚今日係芋頭底
