To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飲酒睇波

星期日晚同兩個朋友出o黎佐敦呢頭飲酒聊天, 但又唔想去酒吧咁嘈咁多人, 我想起'九龍' 有酒飲又有電視睇, 於是三個人o黎o左呢度.坐低無耐我地叫o左一碟炒羊雜($45)同一jar嘉士伯($55), 周圍坐滿尼籍鄉里o黎睇阿仙奴對富咸, 我地都算o黎得著時咯! ^^炒羊雜(Mutton Bhutuwa) 同上次係度食o既炒豬雜唔同, 成碟全無肥肉, 絕大部分係羊肚, 羊潤都有幾塊, 比o係'夢娜' 食到o既大碟得多同炒得冇咁乾身, 所以塊塊羊肚都好襟'趙', 我兩個朋友都話好好食, 用o黎送啤酒無得彈. 一路食一路飲一路睇波鬼咁高興, 結果要叫多一jar嘉士伯至夠喉.埋單155蚊, o係個唔算嘈又幾舒服o既環境下飲飽食醉. 唯一唔滿意o既係場波: 阿仙奴冇運行, 雲達沙又狀態神勇, 唉!
