To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於帝都酒店入面的玉庭,我總是情有獨鍾的。一來這邊真的很方便我回家,二來價錢很經濟實惠,三來這邊菜式很合胃口,每一次都吃得相當滿足,飽得要棒著肚子走才行。今次得知這邊有新的中菜行政總廚倪師傅上場,我們一班食友就相約來到這邊聚一聚,順道慶祝七月星日的壽星們。話說今次晚餐的內容,是好友早早來這邊跟酒店訂好的,有些是來自新推出的「茶花饌」,以各式茶葉、鮮花入饌,蠻吸引的。 是晚菜式由「三道豐味」開始,三道豐味分別是明爐蜜汁黑豚叉燒、江畔如月拍黃瓜、紫蘇蒜醋牛油果。明爐蜜汁黑豚叉燒半肥瘦,入口肉味蠻濃的,而且相當淋身,加上蜜汁甜甜的叫人喜歡;拍黃瓜酸酸甜甜的,清爽開胃;紫蘇蒜醋牛油果這個配搭也蠻特別的,本來以為這樣子的牛油果會很奇怪的,怎料有驚喜,半溶的牛油果加上紫蘇蒜醋之後,一點也不膩,而且愈食愈開胃。這樣子吃過之後可以讓胃部能為下一道菜做好準備。 養生黑蒜燉肉汁,湯品清潤味道豐富。燉肉汁十分足料,大大件肉餅,肉味相當濃郁,肉餅中間加入黑蒜,為湯品添加淡淡的香氣。另外廚師亦在肉餅之中加入陳皮,以調和肉餅的燥熱。陳皮性甘且溫和,為湯品添加一份甘甜。燉肉汁實屬上佳之作,讓人一喝愛

「芵蓉百花燕液滾龍珠」這道相當矜貴的菜式,以又滑又香的蒸蛋作為襯托,上面放一粒大大的百花球,百花球既鮮且甜兼彈牙可口。至於百花球的外表,則被一層厚厚的燕窩包裹著,啖啖的燕窩,啖啖的滿足。

渚煙露華濃台山蟹砵,上面有大大隻肉蟹,好像在跟我們有眼神接觸似的。紅紅的蟹蓋著是豬肉,當中還加入鷄蛋、鹹蛋、豆豉、粗葱等。每一口均充滿著啖啖的蟹膏跟蟹肉的鮮甜味道,鹹香無比的,叫人愈吃愈喜歡。

懷舊骨香走撕雞,一雞三食,包括炒滑鷄柳、炸香骨、蒸原隻雞翼,單是賣相已經相當有吸引力。炸香骨酥脆可口;炒滑雞柳雖連皮可感受不到一絲油膩,相反,帶來的卻是鹹香且略帶鑊氣的香味,很合我的口味呢。至於蒸原隻雞翼,同台的好友都說美味啦,只要見到他們滿足的樣子,那就夠了。

家傳紅糟蒜香鎮江骨相當邪惡,鎮江骨入口酸酸甜甜的,相當酥脆,其實食落這件鎮江骨也蠻多脂肪的,可是加入了紅糟蒜之後,把油膩感驅走,帶來的是味蕾的沖撃,叫人吃不停口。

嬌豔鮮茄老蛋煎腸粉,這道澱粉質的菜式不得了,蕃茄鮮甜,蛋炒得並不算老身,蛋香十足。至於煎腸粉嘛,腸粉相當幼滑,皮真的很薄,而且很夠鑊氣,本來已經有九成飽的我忍不住要把整道菜吃罷才肯停手呢。

整頓晚餐,不管是壽星們、同台好友,甚至是我自己,都相當滿意呢,大家都飽得棒著肚子回家,差點連蛋糕也吃不下啦。下一次再來,又會是甚麼時候呢?
