Holiday Inn 的Bistro on the Mile一向予人性價比高的感覺,今次再一次相約友人來這邊吃開年飯,希望吃過豐富的開年飯之後,整年都可以豐足順心,日日都有食神。今晚剛好碰到這邊的主題「USDA頂級美國牛肉配上鮮味鴨肝自助晚餐」,今晚可以大開食戒啦。一如以往,這邊的凍盤依然是我所喜歡,尤其是紅菜頭、芝士雞肉沙律,還有大大粒又甜又多汁的蕃茄仔,真的百吃不厭。換了位置的海鮮更有睇頭,日本長腳蟹、凍小龍蝦、凍藍青口、凍蝦,忍不住要一吃再吃。到了今次的主題,就是以鴨肝為主的前菜,包括鴨肝凍批、杏仁鴨肝慕絲、鴨肝白菌雞卷、鴨肝多士。當中以鴨肝凍批配以脆卜卜的麵包,口感豐富;鴨肝白菌雞卷的味道十分香濃,釀入雞卷以後,味道層次更為豐富,更為可口;鴨肝多士加入黑松露,味道更為香。至於熟食方面,也有不少美食,包括不同的燒海鮮,還有不同部位的頂級美國牛肉燒烤如扒小排骨、牛肋條、西冷牛扒、側腹牛扒、燒有骨肉眼扒、俄國燴牛柳絲、鹵水牛腱、風乾牛肉、燒美國牛肉露筍卷、燒牛肉沙律配日本冬菇露筍、薑蔥炒龍蝦等,最喜歡的是西冷牛扒、燒有骨肉眼扒,肉味香濃,煎完之後十分香亦十分淋身,讓人忍不住一吃再吃

至於熟食方面,也有不少美食,包括不同的燒海鮮,還有不同部位的頂級美國牛肉燒烤如扒小排骨、牛肋條、西冷牛扒、側腹牛扒、燒有骨肉眼扒、俄國燴牛柳絲、鹵水牛腱、風乾牛肉、燒美國牛肉露筍卷、燒牛肉沙律配日本冬菇露筍、薑蔥炒龍蝦等,最喜歡的是西冷牛扒、燒有骨肉眼扒,肉味香濃,煎完之後十分香亦十分淋身,讓人忍不住一吃再吃;薑蔥炒龍蝦相當惹味,而且食落啖啖肉。可惜還有不少甜品在等著我,並不能就這樣用完當晚的Quota。

呀,在進入甜品部分之前,不得不提的是,每位食客都可以得到一份香煎鴨肝拼牛柳,牛柳油香滿分,相當淋身,肉味也十分濃郁。至於鴨肝嘛,並不算十分油膩,而且很香。整個拼盤相當不錯,賣相又夠美的。

還有這個燉湯,每次來這邊,燉湯的食材也不相同。今次是海底椰燉雞湯,雞肉燉完之後依然鹹香可口,湯品滋潤清甜,想起又想再喝了。
除了以上提及的美食之外,還有其他刺身壽司,真的數不盡,也吃不完。

甜品時間,先來看看有甚麼吧。士多啤梨蛋糕、檸檬芝士蛋糕、藍莓芝士蛋糕、藍莓意式奶凍、麵包布丁、芒果拿破崙、美式芝士蛋糕、芒果栗子忌廉蛋糕、豆腐花、葡撻等樣樣都有水準,樣樣都是心機之作,實在不能忍口。

還有最新味道的Haagen-Dazs,櫻桃味跟薰衣草藍莓都很棒,忍不住一個人吃完整整兩杯不同口味的雪糕呢!

同場加映,很幸運地讓我看到印度師傅即席示範炮製羊肉串,原來是用手擠到某個形狀再放落去爐裡面烤五分鐘就完成啦,不論是味道、賣相均不錯。

Other Info. : 價錢嘛,當然是性價比高,個人覺得是物超所值的說。 自助晚餐(晚上6時至晚上9時15分) 星期日至四:成人HK$559 / 長者HK$447 / 小童HK$391 星期五至六:成人HK$629 / 長者HK$503 / 小童HK$440 全部再另加一收費。 不得不提的是,凡於三月份以中銀信用卡或任何銀行白金信用卡簽帳自助晚餐,即可獲75折優惠。所以今次的價格是超值啦,沒記錯好像是大概HK$480/人。
