對於自助餐,性價比的確是一個不可或缺的選擇因素。前一陣子知道金域假日酒店的Bistro on the Mile推出了龍蝦主題的自助餐,記得早幾年也有來這邊吃過這個主題的自助餐,見到今次相同主題,但食物的造法卻改良了,整體更為美味,讓我有刮目相看的感覺。 大大隻波士頓凍龍蝦,鮮甜可口,膏又夠多,每一口均是大大的滿足感呢。 沙律方面,有龍蝦蟹肉蝦咯嗲、龍蝦牛油果沙律、龍蝦卷、龍蝦芒果莎莎醬、龍蝦忌廉芝士卷、龍蝦啫喱、龍蝦卷、龍蝦茴香沙律、雜菓龍蝦沙律、龍蝦橘子沙律、泰式柚子龍蝦蟹肉沙律等。 有幾款我覺得跟上幾次來吃龍蝦自助餐的時候改良了。尤其是龍蝦牛油果沙律,第一次吃這個龍蝦牛油果沙律的時候,相當足料,可是因為牛油果的緣故,吃兩杯就已經覺得膩了,今次廚師在沙律之中加入點點辣辣的味道,令味道層次豐富多了,而且食落沒有那麼膩,入口味道更勝以前。 龍蝦芒果莎莎醬,用上芒果雖甜,可加在龍蝦上,卻把龍蝦的鮮甜味道帶出。每次在這邊吃到龍蝦的主題自助餐,總會忍不住吃上幾杯這個龍蝦芒果莎莎醬的。 龍蝦啫喱,用上上湯配合龍蝦製作這個啫喱,清淡之中帶陣陣鮮甜味,質感Q彈可口,不錯。 龍蝦茴香沙律

龍蝦茴香沙律、雜菓龍蝦沙律、龍蝦橘子沙律、泰式柚子龍蝦蟹肉沙律又不錯,個人尤其喜歡龍蝦橘子沙律,橘子很甜美,加入點點龍蝦以後,入口時豐富多了。

一人一盅酥皮龍蝦湯。就先說說這個湯,很久沒有品嚐過如果高質素的酥皮湯了,酥皮香脆得很,不單是薄薄的一塊如此簡單,入口時更吃得到酥皮的質感,是細膩的,也是叫人喜歡的。把酥皮浸入湯入面,每口均是鹹香鮮味,而且湯入面還有很多龍蝦肉在當中,相當足料。喝畢整盅酥皮龍蝦湯,都沒有口乾、過鹹的感覺。平日飲酥皮湯,喝不夠一半已經很膩了,這盅酥皮龍蝦湯卻沒有這個問題。因為我對它的整體評價也蠻高的。

熟食方面,有龍蝦帶子大板燒、龍蝦千層麵、薑蔥炒龍蝦鉗、龍蝦蒸蛋、 金不換炒龍蝦鉗等。個人最欣賞龍蝦蒸蛋,那滑溜的蛋,當中加入龍蝦肉,不但有蛋香,還有陣陣鮮味,入口感覺十分豐富,令人愛不釋口,想起又想再吃一次了。
除了龍蝦的美食之外,當然還有別的美食,全部有水準就不多說了。

甜品方面,也有不少選擇。其實我蠻喜歡這邊的甜點擺設,位置蠻集中的。再者,甜品的款式也蠻多的,總是讓人吃不停口。

周三的晚上就這樣子,吃吃自助餐,跟好友聊聊天,就輕鬆渡過了。
