就算天時暑熱都無阻香港人打邊爐 一個適時既湯底同冰涼既飲品好緊要!🍲 火鍋撚既湯底全部用文火自家熬製, 而家疫情又嚴重返補下氣就最好, 呢個湯鍋有原條人蔘/海底椰/蘋果🍎/百合等清甜回甘仲有大量自家製滑溜鴨血同蜂巢豆腐吸收哂奶白色雞拼豬骨湯既精華, 未打邊爐先要飲返幾碗而且店員都會加返奶白色既湯汁而唔係加水, 就唔怕溝淡哂🥛落野之前混個醬先, 呢度既醬料都好齊, $10/一位熱辣辣叫個象拔蚌就可以兩食,🧊冰涼刺身鮮甜/輕涮則爽脆呢度既丸都好特別, 好似牛丸就有得揀包黑松露菌醬🍄定法式龍蝦湯🦞, 彈牙得黎味道有新忘又唔過鹹而手打滑有貝鮑菇滑呢d特式口味都係好彈牙架打邊爐當然唔少得雪花均勻既安格斯肥牛🥩涮牛肉唔好太熟呀!同彈牙白鱔片仲有養生紫淮山, 火鍋配料都有好多選擇 叫半份就咩都可以試少少, 大概係兩至三人用啦埋單店員仲會送腐竹雞蛋糖水沙冰做甜品, 用個酒鼎裝住飲非常盞鬼 透心涼得黎甜度岩岩好又夠清新, 打完邊爐呷一呷岩哂同門口既裝修互相呼應, 係幾有噱頭
