🍲今次係我第3次幫襯火鍋撚,因為之前食過兩次都覺得好食,值得再encore。我哋6個人叫咗兩個鍋 — 蜂巢豆腐白湯鍋 & 秘製港式香濃沙嗲鍋;逢星期一叫白湯仲有免費追加蜂巢豆腐同鴨血🤩🐮🦪🦑🫔我哋叫咗日本A4特級霜降和牛、美國桶蠔、黑松露墨魚滑、老油條、即炸三秒響鈴卷⋯⋯以上呢幾樣都係好好味😋 特別想推介嘅係食落啖啖墨魚嘅墨魚滑,同埋配咗甜酸醬嘅響鈴,好似炸雲吞嘅味道得嚟又好夾!🍧去過嘅朋友都知道食完會有沙冰送,唔知係賣晒定我哋本身都叫咗 #腐竹糖水沙冰,送嘅變咗係冬瓜沙冰;但我覺得冬瓜沙冰太酸了,都係腐竹糖水好飲啲🫠🌟推介:黑松露墨魚滑、響鈴、腐竹糖水沙冰。 continue reading

凌晨一點放工諗住去打個邊爐,見到佢收三點,咁咪試吓囉,去到上咗2樓角落頭,應該得返我哋一枱客,佢哋已經準備收工,三個人食咗$1800、已經有八八折,但係嘢食同服務態度真係一般,肥牛嚡熠熠,響鈴唔脆,豚肉好少少,烏冬尚可,麻辣湯底有少少苦澀味,可能因為就收工啦,食到尾啲服務員都唔嚟加湯,食物份量比較少,問個着恤衫嘅男仔有冇啲靚啲嘅牛肉,佢當聽唔到走咗去,呢個價錢如果唔係咁夜,周圍都食到,唔會有下次!! continue reading

今日同啲朋友去咗一間叫做「火鍋撚」嘅餐廳喇,喺旺角有架。整間餐廳裝修都好矚目,真係吸引到好多食客嚟食嘢。我地一入去,即刻感受到個熱鬧嘅氣氛,真係好興奮!餐廳裏面擺滿咗各種新鮮嘅食材同調味料,真係有好多好選擇!今日我地揀咗蜂巢豆腐白湯鍋,聽話話好正,真係好期待!我地坐定之後,服務員就即刻為我地準備火鍋嘅材料同埋醬汁,好貼心呀!火鍋上枱之後,我地就開始慢慢煮啦。嚟緊嘅時候,我地又加咗啲新鮮蔬菜同埋豆腐入鍋,真係好鮮美!啲肉類就揀咗極品安格斯肥牛,肥肥嘅肉質真係令人垂涎三尺。煮熟嘅時候,我地再沾埋自家製嘅特製醬汁食,真係一絕!好香好濃郁嘅味道,令人回味無窮!除咗火鍋之外,我地仲試咗餐廳嘅招牌腐竹糖水沙冰。真係冰涼又甜美,咬埋啲脆脆嘅腐竹,好開胃呀!食完火鍋同糖水沙冰,我地都飽到爆!好飽足嘅感覺真係太滿足啦! continue reading

天氣乍暖還寒,約朋友食飯諗你諗去都唔知食乜好,最尾都係彈去打邊爐,一於試吓火鍋撚。餐廳出名足料養生湯底,二話不說即刻點咗個媽媽滋補老火湯(160元),湯頭用上淮山、杞子、猴頭菇、粟米同埋紅蘿蔔等,熬製而成。未開始打邊爐先飲幾碗湯,湯底清甜濃郁,就好似飲咗碗靚湯。另外仲出名手工點心,不過今日幾款都賣晒,失色失色。🥢火鍋撚御用手切肥牛非常薄身,輕輕幾秒,即刻食得。過於薄身,失去手切肉的質咸。🥢五色丸拼盤為手工手打丸,肉質彈牙,口感紮實。🥢手打蝦滑份量偏少,用料新鮮,蝦滑爽彈。🥢炸魚皮脆口野味,將佢放入火鍋中,又係另一個食法。🥢炸午餐肉煎炸過嘅午餐肉,比較硬身,放入湯底之後唔會過淋。但同樣亦吸收湯底嘅精華,簡單嘅食材,但同樣突出。🥢 3秒響鈴不過不失,但相對薄身,未夠3秒已經淋晒。🥢腐竹雞蛋沙冰全晚最驚喜嘅飲品,清甜又冰涼,非常解渴。價錢略貴,但一分錢一分貨,食材新鮮用料亦講究。打邊爐嘅配料已經有十多種,啱晒鍾意嘅濃味的朋友。款式還好,可以揀半份,啱晒人少少。不過定價偏貴,未至不值,但同等價錢,有不少好選擇。 continue reading
