天氣實在凍到一個點, 除左火鍋實在諗唔到有咩岩食, 所以...........................又黎左呢間開餐!今晚個腦實在只有"火鍋"呢2個字, 雖則佢嘅芝士鷄煲係好出名, 所以好也已經點好湯底及火鍋配料偏向鍾情清湯底, 但呢個皮蛋芫茜湯 ($68)實在太抵食, 除左皮蛋芫茜馬蹄外, 仲有紅蘿蔔, 豆腐及粟米在內, 侍應都建議先飲啖湯, 果然幾鮮甜!記得初次認識牛頸脊就係係呢間火鍋店(太子分店), 呢份手切新鮮牛頸脊 ($208/小), 每片切得大細厚薄都岩岩好, 蝴蝶切法烚完都唔會變得好塊, 脂肪分佈平均, 肉色相當靚仔!輕輕烚一烚已經食得, 每片入口都肉汁爆滿, 肉味濃, 肉質烚完都咁滑口, 雖則係叫小, 但份量唔野小, 絶對性價比高!呢度既鮮炸響鈴 ($48)綜觀差唔多枱枱都有叫, 一份有6條, 每條都"粗身大勢", 相當抵食只需烚幾秒就索晒D湯, 仍然保持到內脆外腍, 好味!呢度既丸類可以有半份叫, 點了魚蛋 ($20/半份), 口感帶點腍身, 但魚蛋味幾香!另外亦點了魚皮餃 ($20/半份), 水準普通, 皮煙韌餡多汁!生菜 ($20/半份), 兩個人食就岩岩
