天氣涼涼地,想起北角的「本色」火鍋店!有得飲湯,又有得火鍋,岩晒2小口子黎邊一邊!一黎就請店員落左個滋補白鳳美人湯($298)。必須先飲湯食花膠,個湯底仲用左原隻烏雞配上藥材,好足料,湯頭好甜!而且竹絲雞肉點甜豉油真係好夾!我地每人飲左2碗湯,我地點既火鍋配料都逐漸上枱:小牛魔王拼盤($328)聽本來有五款牛的部位,個人最喜歡鮮嫩的牛頸脊,另外也推介牛味濃郁的牛肩胛肉!金牌手工丸($108)最上層開始分別係墨魚丸,牛丸,豬肉丸,和蝦丸!每款兩粒可以試晒咁多種味,除左賣相,相信也花心思製作每款手工丸!真係做到牛有牛味、豬有豬味、海鮮有海鮮味!粟米($28)在平凡的食材中顯出不平凡!新鮮超甜粟米粒粒爆甜爆多汁!稻庭烏冬($38)湯底好,烏冬吸晒d汁,超好味!水蓮($38)唔算好多餐廳有得點,今次食係好新鮮同埋份量好多!最喜歡佢獨特的口感!長長地好似食緊麵咁!
