To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飽滿多汁餃子

去新OFFICE攪店完D野，又咁岩LUNCH時間，就決定係附近搵野食。我知道元州街多食肆，特別係茶記同粉麵店，但一個人又唔想食咁多野，加上好想食餃子，所以就黎試下呢間山東餃子館。餃子選擇都唔少，而且有D未曾見過，不過第一次黎都係食D穩陣野牛肉餃子麵 ($36)跟麵既餃子有五粒，如果淨餃就有十粒，本身想試煎餃，不過隔離份煎餃唔係煎到3面黃，所以無加錢轉。餃子賣相唔錯，大大粒好飽滿，雖然皮唔薄，但正正因為唔薄唔易串，咁先可以包住D肉汁，食落唔會乾爭爭；餡料除左牛肉之外，仲加左D好似西芹既香菜落去，唔怕有牛腥味，而且仲多左爽脆口感；不過略嫌鹹左D。個麵都好抵讚!! 麵質彈牙煙韌，係我中意既質感，加上份量好多，食完好飽下個星期就會搬到附近番工，到時可以試埋其他味既餃子~~

跟麵既餃子有五粒，如果淨餃就有十粒，本身想試煎餃，不過隔離份煎餃唔係煎到3面黃，所以無加錢轉。
