To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元祖首創的流心西多及自家製芝麻蝦多士,曾經受訪過電視及報紙,什至有一篇是日本報道的文章😱,所以要試一試元祖口味。 呢餐係抵食、飽肚的一餐。8款點心埋單都係$304,過一下點心引係唔錯。但係會食得有點趕時間,落單唔夠5分鐘就上齊,為左唔好食凍野,就要自己食快點。茶就得一款無得選擇,亦無水壺/茶壺🫖忽你自己,飲完一杯之後我都唔知點算😵‍💫。 芝麻蝦多士:包皮外層鬆脆加上滿滿芝麻,非常之香口。內層的蝦膠非常足料,再點上沙律醬非常開胃。 沙爹金錢肚:沙爹醬入味,但有少少淡,碟底部無多餘醬汁,山根略硬。 鴛鴦燒賣:分別係燒賣頂上的蟹籽及黑松露,黑松露醬幾香口。 鮮蝦菠菜餃:有蝦味有菠菜味,但整體味道各有各分開了,唔多夾到。 黑松露湯餃:湯為黑松露白湯,除左黑松露味外,個湯食唔出其他味。湯餃皮厚略硬,餡料豬肉同蝦,蝦比例略少。個人唔識欣賞⋯ 咖喱魷魚:多汁有咖喱味,魷魚略為韌口。 周記蝦餃:餃皮皮薄,蝦肉略腥。 奶黃流沙西多士:一切開流沙餡流出香噴噴,色澤亦唔錯,味精就個人覺得太甜,食到最後舌頭甜到麻庳左😅。可能另兩款口味,紫薯或芝麻會無咁甜?🤔
