Bread was toasted warm, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.
It includes french baguette roll and brioche roll.
The butter was sprinkled with a tint of truffle salt which elevated the flavours.
ᵕ̈ 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘀𝗵 & 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽
The soup was creamy with a relatively thick consistency. Was definitely giving some autumn vibes with its earthiness.
ᵕ̈ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗲𝗴, 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲
Confit duck was tender and paired well with the watercress and french beans. Couldn’t really smell the truffle in the vinaigrette though.
ᵕ̈ 𝗦𝗲𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻𝘀, 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗦𝗿𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶
Sea bass tartare was tender not chewy but didn't have much of a taste on its own.
Crispy prawns were too oily and the batter was too thick.
The sriracha aioli added much flavor to the dish with a light kick of spice.

ᵕ̈ 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘀, 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱
Quite special with the spiced roasted pear which balances off the oiliness of the foie gras. Foie gras was seared to crispiness on the outside and soft inside.
ᵕ̈ 𝗦𝗲𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼, 𝗟𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲 (𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 $𝟴𝟴)
Could definitely see why this is one of the signature dishes!
Skin was perfectly crispy and the fish was moist.
The lobster bisque was on the milkier side but did not overpower the flavour of the lobster.

ᵕ̈ 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘀, 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲́
This dish didn’t really give much of an impact to me.
Just basic salmon with haricot beans in velouté sauce which was a bit too salty.
ᵕ̈ 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗻𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲́𝗲, 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲
Pork belly was tender and juicy. Would be more flavourful if the outer edges are better caramelised.
ᵕ̈ 𝗨𝗦𝗗𝗔 𝗦𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟱𝟬𝗴, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲́𝗲, 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 $𝟭𝟲𝟴)
Sirloin was cooked to perfect medium as requested.
An explosion of complex flavours when eaten along with the espelette butter and roasted garlic.

ᵕ̈ 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗲𝘁, 𝗬𝘂𝘇𝘂 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗲𝘁, 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺
Loved the perfect balance between sourness and sweetness of the raspberry and yuzu sorbet.
Chocolate ice cream was rich and delicate.
ᵕ̈ 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝗲̀𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲
The tart was very big in size. Pear was nicely caramelised.
Yet the tart crust could be thinner and more buttery.
ᵕ̈ 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗖𝗿𝗲̀𝗺𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗶̂𝗰𝗵𝗲, 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲
The apples were sooooo sweet (in a good way) due to the caramelisation.
Crème fraîche was seasoned with a tint of salt which balances out the sweetness of the tarte tatin.
