To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有特別節目慶祝就揀咗間環境唔錯嘅餐廳，如果大家想坐窗邊位就最低消費$1️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣，但係其實就算唔坐窗邊位都可以睇得好清楚個view🌆，仲有露天嘅位置可以比客人飲酒傾偈影吓相，夜晚嘅時間去到景色優美，可以飽覽成個維港-講返嘢食先😋，主食當然要講咗個片皮鴨先啦，個人就認為一般般冇乜特別，但係間餐廳好貼心，無論餡料定係皮，都會用紙隔住，方便客人去拎，而且員工都非常貼心❣️，好用心去講解點樣去整好啲食材，而且餐廳員工知道好多都好鍾意「相機食先📸」所以都會比客人影完相先會再去切片皮鴨。而小籠包反而出奇地好食👍🏻，亦都冇諗過喺呢個地方嘅小籠包價錢可以咁平🤩，唔使$50嘅價錢就可以食到，同出面普通餐廳嘅價錢差唔多都唔錯嘅👍🏻-另外仲叫咗沙茶魚蝦蟹海鮮煲🍲，好啱重口味人士食，整體所有食物賣相都唔錯食物都正常發揮💪🏻#最低消費每位$500
