To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餃子唔好食

近來見到呢間多食評介紹, 又住附近,就來試下!叫了好多人讚的羊肉餃同蕃茄肉餃,一碗擔擔麵,一個涼拌青瓜d餃子賣相普通, 羊肉有好多葱同香茜,本人最驚....但我唔覺得佢d羊肉好味..d羊肉一隻得勁少...都食唔真d羊肉味!d蕃茄肉餃, 我本來好大期望,因為我好鍾意食蕃茄, 點知好失望,只係普通屋企的蕃茄(冇加茄膏)做餃子料, 唔夠酸同茄味唔夠.........個擔擔麵好咸, 加左d 冬菇同東菜??感覺好奇怪..........麵身亦唔係平時食開那種但整體又唔係難食....涼拌青瓜不錯, $5 都萛實惠!後來再叫多兩種餃試, 分別係西洋菜餃同津白餃,但都是普通而已, 相比起我廣州的姨媽買給我吃的餃子...似乎仍有好大段距離呢.............未必會再來了.....

d餃子賣相普通, 羊肉有好多葱同香茜,

d羊肉一隻得勁少...都食唔真d羊肉味!
d蕃茄肉餃, 我本來好大期望,
因為我好鍾意食蕃茄, 點知好失望,
只係普通屋企的蕃茄(冇加茄膏)做餃子料,
唔夠酸同茄味唔夠.........

個擔擔麵好咸, 加左d 冬菇同東菜??
感覺好奇怪..........
麵身亦唔係平時食開那種
但整體又唔係難食....

涼拌青瓜不錯, $5 都萛實惠!

後來再叫多兩種餃試, 分別係西洋菜餃同津白餃,
但都是普通而已, 相比起我廣州的姨媽買給我吃
的餃子...似乎仍有好大段距離呢.............

未必會再來了.....
