之前出IG story詢問大家有邊間餃子店係值得推介,好多人都話太子呢間「美味餃子店」去得過。我有位朋友係餃子控(可能佢快要離港去第二個地方生活,所以成日去食餃子🥟),約埋佢一齊去食就啱晒。朋友話要避開繁忙時間,星期6下午四點去唔見人龍,不過店內都已經坐滿8成人。食物選擇有湯餃子、煎餃子及粉麵類。餃子款色只有三款,有湯及煎嘅製法。兩個人叫咗雙拼湯餃(雲耳椰菜拼白菜)同埋煎韭菜肉餃,一次過食晒湯、煎餃子。▫️ 雲耳椰菜拼白菜餃子 (HKD50) - 雙拼湯餃子$50 有10隻。人手包製嘅餃子大大隻,真係大過喺其他餃子店食嘅好多。湯底望落去有點混濁,其實係野葛菜煲生魚豬骨湯。▫️ 煎韭菜肉餃 (HKD42) - 餃子煎到金黃色,外皮好香脆,賣相係俾湯餃吸引啲嘅。煎餃子咬落口唔覺有油膩嘅感覺,反而覺得韭菜肉餡多菜汁,味道足。辣菜脯係一樣不能錯過嘅配菜,用來同餃子一齊食真係好好味。
