To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說我最中意瓹窿瓹罅搵野食🤩，而深水埗就最多小店，時不時都會有驚喜。今日行開玩具街，途徑哩間食店，樓面整潔食客都幾多，睇返menu原來主打餃子🥟同麵食🍜，又幾吸引，於是就去試試～▶️香煎鴛鴦餃($59/12隻)鴛鴦餃系椰菜餡或者韭菜餡，即叫即煎，上枱時還熱氣騰騰，表面呈金黃色，一啖入口，外脆內鮮。中意食菜嘅更加系萬物錯過，因為餡料裡的蔬菜多到爆棚，比平常的肉餃更健康～▶️淨湯手工餃子($40/10隻)可以揀椰菜、韭菜或者鴛鴦餡。湯內嘅餃子肥美又大隻，見到已經好想食。店員介紹因為煎餃味道更濃，一般會先食湯餃，再食煎餃，味蕾的感受會更強烈。▶️巴斯克芝士蛋糕($25)諗吾到餃子同芝士蛋糕可以同枱出現～蛋糕吾會膩，又幾match喎！▶️自家製作豆漿($11)非常值得一試嘅豆漿，同餃子真係絕配啊～▶️凍檸茶($18)食煎餃嘅怕熱氣，飲杯凍檸茶就岩曬喇～
