To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係公司附近搵食，新開咗一間手工餃子雲吞麵「掂」，就一于試吓係咪真係掂先。渝香餃主要都係食餃子，湯餃煎餃都有，有韭菜、椰菜、白菜、粟米、芫茜五個口味。我今次就叫咗粟米煎餃試吓。落完單佢哋就會問你要唔要菜脯，記得一定要要呀。菜脯係麻辣味，非常之香，夾埋餃子一齊食就非常之正。講返個餃子，煎得非常香脆，但係裏便仲係好軟熟。粟米一粒粒嘅質地好突出，餃子味道係正常嘅，但係加埋個菜譜一齊食就不得了，加多少少醋就Perfect池啦
