To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽說這裡餃子不錯，作為餃子狂熱份子，當然要試試。試了幾種餃子，調味，餃皮，用料等都合格（其中一個馬蹄餃幾爽口，不錯）；麻醬拌面，青瓜應是先手撕再刀切幼細，口感較好，好食兼開胃。價錢不貴，出品絕對合格。樓下食評說這裡的餃子不如媽媽包的，但其實，這裡亦算是有家庭味的食物了，而且這樣比較有點不公平，因為媽媽包的水餃幾時都是最好味的。
