之前聽朋友講過話太子有一間專食手工餃子嘅舖頭好好味,叫我都要快啲試下,今日喺銅鑼灣行街經過見到呢度原來有新分店,諗都唔洗諗就齊齊入嚟幫襯啦~入面仲大大隻字寫住「天下第一餃」添,相當架勢堂呀。新開店舖光猛企理,牆身亦有啲得意插畫介紹有關嘅餃子食法同介紹製作過程咁,每一張枱面都有擺放多種調味醬架,都幾體貼。餐牌顯示餃子嘅款式種類繁多,有部份口味仲幾特別,見都未見過嘅,所以我同朋友就決定大家都叫啲新鮮菜式試試,share都冇問題啦~龍鳳松茸雙灼餃*跟湯($86蚊):龍鳳嘅意思即係餃子裡面有配黑松露醬同白松露醬嘅味道,餡料仲有松茸豬肉,味道相對較香較濃,豬肉亦肥瘦均勻,口感較好,配埋嘅湯係叫做狀元九鼎湯,味道雖然清淡,但醒在材料有益豐富,見到介紹話裡面包括粉葛、順德活鯪魚、香山活鰂魚、紅蘿蔔、扁豆、赤小豆、新會陳皮、蜜棗、鮮排骨等,功效可效提升免疫力,溫腎益氣,滋潤腸道,養顏保健。至尊松茸豬肉餃($105蚊):話明「至尊」,連價錢都稍微貴一點點, 我哋想原汁原味咁品嚐所以呢一款叫咗灼餃冇叫煎餃,雖然冇咗香口嘅感覺但餃子裡面嘅肉汁散出淡淡嘅松茸味亦美味非常餃子皮薄餡靚,晶瑩剔透,果真一分價錢一分

本身驚淨係食餃子唔夠飽,仲叫多咗份韭菜豬肉餃($46蚊*中碗):
 煎香咗嘅餃子果然唔同啲,外表都金黃香脆,入面肉汁熱辣辣,韭菜味一向較突出,寧舍惹味香口。
