To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蘇媽蘇媽係全香港九新界都有幾間唔同嘅分店今日突然之間好想食馬來西亞嘢，所以就去咗食午餐。肉骨茶餐湯有濃厚嘅肉味，大約有兩至三塊嘅一字排骨，肥瘦適中，豆卜同埋冬菇，配上獨特嘅藥材味，湯裡肉骨非常入味，肉質鮮嫩，感覺好養生，飲完成個人暖笠笠，血氣運行全身。佢哋嘅肉骨茶仲可以無限添飲。忍唔住誘惑，再加點左個甜品，咖央多士，咖央多士的外層烘到非常香脆，夾上香濃嘅牛油，內裡有濃厚嘅咖央醬，每一啖都好滋味，好邪惡。
