To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日天氣真係好凍，食碗米線先至暖笠笠。花膠胡椒雞美線，唔好睇少呢碗米線，花膠夠大件又厚身，補下膠原又養顏，無骨胡椒雞胡椒味很香，雞件很滑，兩者簡直係絕配，真係稱得上美線。配上煳辣湯底跟胡椒雞真係更上一層樓。叫埋小食蒜香茄子燒茄子最緊要夠熱，蒜蓉在茄子上真係好惹味，女人唔止補膠原，仲要補鐵質呀。食完熱辣辣的米線梗係要嘆杯特飲啦，清新的有青蘋果梳打青蘋果酸甜，仲有口感十足的愛玉果凍，要果味濃郁的有熱情果烏龍茶香果香都好夾，仲食到粒粒寒天QQ 。
