To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前經常同屋企人去稻香食晚飯,覺得又好食又抵,特別係食一圍圍既餐,真係超值。不過近呢一兩年,唔知點解佢地既質素差左勁多,啲食物自從轉左餐單之後,煮得真係差左好多。而且好明顯既係,近呢兩年啲餐具每次都係油,要自己帶濕紙巾抹先夠膽用.... 講返啲食物...# 燒乳豬 # ***** *** 8/10係Ok 既燒乳豬,皮燒得夠脆,中間有層 "薄薄" 既脂肪,如果脂肪可以少啲就perfect。" 蒸石斑 " ***** *** 8/10不錯既石斑,新鮮,唔腥,熟既程度尚算適中。" 蒸阿拉斯加蟹 " ***** ***** 10/10超級鮮甜多肉,勁推介! 蟹都有少少膏。" 瑤柱蛋白炒飯 " ***** ** 7/10啲飯偏硬,太有咬口啦。。。要比啲牙力先食到,同埋有少少油左啲。。。好懷念以前又乾淨又好味既稻香啊!

係Ok 既燒乳豬,皮燒得夠脆,中間有層 "薄薄" 既脂肪,如果脂肪可以少啲就perfect。
