土瓜灣其實算係舊區,無諗過會有間西班牙餐廳。隨著屯馬線開通,唔少新餐廳開始進駐,近日想試下西班牙黑毛豬,所以相約班朋友去試下。頭盤係熟成36個月的火腿 ibercio 夾蒜蓉包 ,如果夾蜜瓜會更加好湯係粟子南瓜湯, 估唔到粟子南瓜兩者好夾,細細杯份量剛剛好~跟住係黑毛豬肩膊扒連埋獨門醬汁,肉質彈牙唔韌,肥瘦均勻,賣相唔錯, 廚師哥哥話舊肉係chilled,唔係forzen,所以可以保留到最佳狀態~主菜仲有附新鮮炸薯條,都好好味~甜品係cheese cake,細細舊剛剛好,食完餐用張美金(餐巾)抹嘴!應該都係特色黎!
