Restaurant: Fresh Fish Soup (Ho Pong Street)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我用咁耐OPENRICE，係第一次寫食評，我寫完呢篇食評之後，亦會同步報俾食環署。我今次係第二次來鮮魚湯，重帶埋爸爸媽咪來試，亦都打算下次再來試未食過既菜式，當差不多食完個陣，係廚房走了隻米奇爬左係D碗上面，我咁大個女最驚最驚就係米奇，我當時驚到冇辦法拎電話出來影證據，亦只可以立即拉埋爸爸媽咪離開，冷靜左兩日先可以慢慢打呢篇野出來俾大家知道，希望來食之前可以再三考慮！！！我係唔會再來鮮魚湯！！！
