🔸歐陸套餐 西冷牛扒伴德國腸       $47 Salon steak and German sausage 配丹麥蘇加嫩滑炒蛋入到餐廳坐落,見全場座無虛席都爆滿嘅,叫咗個餐要等咗十二三分鐘先到有杯茶上,一個大碟就盛齊整個套餐,牛扒係一般茶餐廳標準,都喺一片薄切牛肉,並唔係扒房嗰啲厚切西冷牛排,件頭當然唔算大,煎得外表幾靚,入口有點韌,應該係用蘇打腌太過啦,完全無牛味,肉本身無味道,全靠個蒜茸醬汁勁咸起味。德國雞肉腸都算幾大條,只係滾水烚熱嘅,皮脆但肉就過咸。炒蛋分量只有一只蛋左右,食落完全無味,比唔上真正地道茶餐廳用混合幾國雞蛋並加鹽加鮮奶做出嘅炒滑蛋。丹麥蘇個名可能有啲卓頭,其實就係一片多士,麵包係用蘇皮做法,咬落成一絲絲麵包絲,有少許牛油味。不過個人反倒喜歡其他街坊茶餐廳就一件多士(大家樂起大集團會跟一磚貴價鮮牛油),顧客可以吩咐〝多士多油〞,服務到位嘅餐廳就會特別貼心為你多塗一些牛油在多士上,那食嘅既是豐富嘅牛油,更是地道香港人情味。份量就係噤多,十分鐘內就食完,難怪餐廳翻枱好快,觀察下平均20分鐘就可翻一次枱。最後當然有杯餐茶,我要咗熱鴛鴦,茶味唔夠香郁,啡味都無,比唔上其
