主菜是美國肋眼扒配蘆筍、薯蓉和特製醬汁。因為不想吃薯蓉,落單時請侍應把薯蓉換成蘆筍,上菜時侍應也沒用搞混同伴和我的餐點👍🏻

牛扒上枱後,侍應提供了4種芥末醬(English mustard, Dijon mustard, horseradish 和grainy mustard),每種都要了點來試試看。牛扒表面帶燒過的格紋,點了五成熟,中間的肉熟度剛好,牛扒的邊位雖然無可避免地會較熟,但燒得非常焦香,牛脂肪呈半融狀而入口即化,加上濃郁的牛肉味,比中心較嫩的部位更好吃。肋眼扒有硬口,厚切而大塊,可惜較多筋,但牛味濃郁而且份量十足(感覺上比8oz還要多),整塊吃下非常滿足。

甜點是雪葩,配上的每樣原素都做得到位:Raspberry sorbet果味濃郁;士多啤梨果醬甜度適中,果醬帶原粒果肉,添了多一重口感;crumble酥脆而滿溢濃濃的牛油香;在杯底的Penna cotta尤為出色,凝固用的gelatine 份量控制精準,質地做得軟滑、入口即化而奶味香濃。每樣原素獨立吃都好吃,但當整個配搭一次過品嚐,penna cotta的軟滑和奶香、士多啤梨醬的清甜、crumble 的酥脆和牛油香、配上畫龍點睛的sorbet的酸甜和冰凍,入口不但層次豐富,清新的果味更巧妙地平衡了濃重的奶香,非常好吃!在吃掉一整塊牛扒後來一點酸甜,解膩又圓滿。還真值得為了這道看似簡單,但做得近乎完美的甜品再訪。

整體餐點都看得出餐廳的誠意,食材和調味配搭高質;服務更是細心而禮貌,用餐體驗非常良好。
