試過唔少餃子店,當中最喜愛太子某餃子店。原來紅磡區都開左間餃子店,位於小街的盡頭,外賣點了兩款湯餃。椰菜木耳豬肉(10隻$38), 配豬骨雞湯底。餃子大隻飽滿,餡料多且切得細緻。外皮厚薄適中,不過較易散開。湯底就一般,難跟其他主打老火湯底的餃子店相比。辣菜脯蘿蔔豬肉餃(10隻$40), 配番茄薯仔湯底(+2) - 餡料入面的辣菜脯都幾辣下,喜歡食辣的人會覺得不錯。番茄薯仔湯都算香濃,還有少量番茄和薯仔在湯裡,真材實料。
