To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見餐廳最近裝修好，嗰裝潢幾靚，而且都好乾淨，所以就嚟試下。 叫咗蒜香雞（$66）同中式牛柳（$70），每款小菜加$10可以轉套餐，有白飯同例湯/飲品。 首先係蒜香雞（$66）。本來以為份量會好少，其實又唔會，數落都有將近20粒。蒜香雞係椒鹽嘅，好香口，而且唔會太油。雞肉介乎瘦肉同肥肉，唔算好滑但都唔會「鞋口」，再加上蒜香，正啊！ 跟住係大大份嘅中式牛柳（$70）。牛柳好淋，應該冇用梳打水浸過，牛味好重。份量唔少，而且牛肉都好厚。咕嚕汁酸酸甜甜，餸飯一流。 白飯方面，好大兜，有一碗半份量，而且飯粒都算香口。例湯唔係我嘅，但見到都算多料。至於凍奶茶，都算ok，冇咩特別。係半山區，呢個價錢，食到咁高質大份嘅食物，算好扺啦！
