To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日叫咗老爺過嚟我哋屋企,帶咗佢去隔離嘅嶺南樓飲茶。今次試吓點心以外嘅其他小食,不過就有少少失望。蝦餃、粉果、蝦腸、上湯菜心,都正正常常,同埋好夠熱。但我最期待嘅椒鹽魷魚酥就唔係好得啦。椒鹽魷魚酥個粉漿太厚,而且魷魚🦑炸得唔夠火候,同埋唔夠味。我先生話個豬肚幾好食,但我係唔食豬肚,只係試咗白個蘿蔔,白蘿蔔淡茂茂一啲味都冇。XO醬炒年糕,味道都OK,不過油咗少少。上次只係叫點心,3個人食左$200。今次叫咗三個小食,所以埋單要$263。佢啲小食唔係咁好食,下次都係唔叫小食啦。

XO醬炒年糕,味道都OK,不過油咗少少。
