To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Fashion walk呢條食街的氣氛好正,今日去開港島做野,就約埋朋友黎呢間餐廳試下。呢度除左有lunch set,午市都可以單點,而且頭盆同主菜的選擇都好多。我地點了脆炸有機甜粟米餅配芫茜青檸酸忌廉呢個開胃菜真係一絕。粟米餅外脆內軟,有機粟米嘅甜味配上芫茜青檸酸忌廉嘅酸香,令人食指大動,開始嘅一啖已經令人期待之後嘅菜式。接住嚟嘅係泰式羽衣甘藍燒牛肉沙律,特調的泰式酸辣汁同羽衣甘藍嘅清新完美結合,再加上燒牛肉嘅香嫩,每一啖都充滿層次感,好開胃。傳統牛尾濃湯,呢個湯品真係真材實料。湯汁濃郁而充滿牛肉嘅香味。除了平時常見的食材,仲加豌豆,令到湯的口感更加細膩。係飲飲過最好飲的牛尾湯之一。再嚟就係法介醬忌廉燴黃油春雞配烤中東包,呢個係我當晚最愛嘅一道菜。黃油春雞燴得非常入味,肉質鮮嫩多汁,配上濃郁嘅法介醬忌廉汁,味道豐富而不膩口。餐廳的菜式創新,而且制作用心,食材的選料也比較上乘,我地今餐都食得超滿足。
