To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚我哋行山行到天都黑,出到東涌, 又攰又肚餓,想揾間平啲嘅中菜食,揀咗稻香今晚晚餐,我哋8:00 先入坐,未到宵夜時段。 全店都唔多人,所以坐得都好闊落。我哋揀咗個專櫃推廣自選套餐A: 有清蒸龍躉斑仔一條,包兩碗蟹肉海皇翅,仲有選兩款小菜,我哋揀咗個古法扣花菇玉掌,一碟花膠真菌燒豆腐 。另外再加多$60要一碟黑椒咸豬手。我哋今晚四個人,所以再加多每位$18要多兩碗蟹肉海皇翅, 一人一碗大滿足。之後我哋諗住取消嗰個豬手改叫羊腩煲,可惜經理check單, 話做咗冇得取消,只好下次先試呢個特價羊腩煲
