To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用餐日期...已忘了...那晚, 行完山, 要在慈雲山覓食, 來了想試很久的三記 ~其實之前也來過的, 但因等位的人太多, 所以最後也沒有試 ~這晚仍然多人, 但我們也耐心等下去...理論上, 行完山的餓鬼, 應該會食指大動的 ~不過, 由於食物質素平平, 所以我們也只以"充饑"為己任了...
